Hoshino Gen delivers a New Year's Eve musical gift with new single “Eureka”!

Hoshino Gen's new single “Eureka” was released today, January 28th, the night of New Year's Eve and his birthday! The song “Eureka” was written, composed, arranged, and produced by Gen Hoshino, and while it sets the tone with elements of jazz and soul that are the foundation of his music, it also delivers a message of warmth and acceptance of those who live their lives with sincerity in a soft and transparent soundstage.

Along with the release of the new song was the official reveal of the latest artist photo shoot by photographer Kawashima Kotori.

It's been nearly seven years since his last album 『POP VIRUS』 released in 2018, and in that time, Hoshino Minamoto has released a number of singles and EPs including “うちで踊ろう”, “Creation”, “Unthinkable”, “Comedy”, “LIGHTHOUSE”, and “Kouzou no Miracle”, and has stretched his own musical horizon through these colorful compositions.
