“Taihe Music · Tide Rises Live” 2026 Yangguan Qiantang River Tide Festival Comes to a Close

On October 7, the 14-day “Taihe Music · Tide Rises Live” festival officially concluded in Yangguan, the City of Tide Music.

From the Mid-Autumn Festival through National Day, the Qiantang River tidal bore arrived as scheduled. Visitors from all over the country flocked to Yangguan to witness the tidal bore, pausing along the way at the album wall, record shops, and various music-themed interactive installations.

Rather than being confined to a separate stage, the music became an integral part of the visitors’ actual tour route. They recognized their favorite playlists from familiar album covers, lingered in front of vinyl records, and encountered Taihe Music for the first time through games and interactive experiences.

As the tidal wave swept through Yangguan, the music left its own mark on the scene.

The Event Comes to a Close, but the Collaboration Continues

On October 7, the event came to a close.

The Tide Festival will return for its next edition, but the music lives on in the photos, recordings, and every moment shared during this festival.
