Mai Su SUE's "Lie to Me," the lead single from her brand-new 2026 EP, is now officially available

For Mai Su, now in her fifth year since debut, *Lie to Me* is a journey back to her bedroom to rediscover her purest inner voice.

From conceptual planning, visual design, and album copywriting to deep involvement in arranging, vocal editing, and even precise fine-tuning during the mixing and post-production stages, Mai Su maintained tight control over every detail of the EP from start to finish—all to present the most authentic and heartfelt sound from within. 

For this project, she collaborated with JunHo He Jun, a talented up-and-coming producer, and mixer Wu Shaowei, who has worked behind the scenes with numerous indie bands. Their first collaboration was an instant hit, sparking remarkable chemistry between the bass rhythms of retro synthesizers and a deeply atmospheric musical vibe.

By returning to the most authentic bedroom environment for vocal recording and production—breaking free from the constraints of the record industry’s standardized framework—creativity and emotion have once again taken center stage in her music.

Following the release of her debut single “Lie to Me,” the second single from Mai Su’s brand-new 2026 EP, as well as the full EP, are now set to be released.
