2026/06/30

On June 30, 2026, at 10:00 AM, the final three tracks from Vae Xu's ninth fully self-written album Anbo Conjecture – "Love at First Sight," "Out of the Rainforest," and "Negligible" – dropped simultaneously across all platforms. With that, the album, which took five years to craft, officially met fans who had been eagerly waiting, featuring all nine tracks: "Rough," "Paper in Luoyang," "A Bright Future," "Old Song," "Under the Skin," "A Place of Peace," "Love at First Sight," "Out of the Rainforest," and "Negligible." Through these nine works, Xu Song showcases his vivid personal philosophies and fulfills his "Midsummer Listening" promise to his fans.

The album continues Xu Song's signature all-creative approach, with him handling lyrics, composition, and production entirely on his own. As soon as it dropped, it immediately demonstrated the massive market appeal of his music. On June 16 at 9:00 AM, the first three tracks – "Rough," "Paper in Luoyang," and "A Bright Future" – were released and quickly shot to No.1 on multiple charts, including QQ Music's Pop Index Chart and Rising Chart, as well as NetEase Cloud Music's New Songs Chart and Rising Chart. Real-time listenership across all platforms exceeded 100,000. Trending topics such as #XuSongDrops3SongsInADay#, #XuSongLyricsMakeMeWannaCry#, and#XuSongsNinthAlbumOpenEndedConceptIsSoAheadOfItsTime# popped up across social media. Along with the songs, vintage attic-laboratory-style posters were released, featuring elements like a scarecrow robot and a wall clock stopped at 5:14 – which fans began analyzing frame by frame. Some even created their own puzzle-solving notes, sparking in-depth cultural discussions within the fan community.

During the album's release period, Xu Song's 2026 "Anbo Conjecture" national tour was also officially announced. The tour kicks off in Hangzhou with two shows at the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Center Stadium (the "Big Lotus") on July 24 and 26, followed by Wuhan at the Wuhan Sports Center Main Stadium on July 31 and August 2, with more cities currently in the works. From melodies heard through earphones to real-life encounters at live shows, this journey of "Anbo Conjecture" has officially begun.
